I took part in the IV Eastern economic forum, which was held in Vladivostok. The main theme of the Forum is "the far East: expanding the boundaries of opportunities". But I spoke and participated in discussions on ecology.
Although it is clear that the key event of the Forum was the plenary meeting with participation of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, the President of China XI Jinping, President of Mongolia of Khaltmagiin of Battulga, Prime Minister of Japan Shinzo Abe, Prime Minister of the Republic of Korea Lee NAK Yon, but for me the main events of the forum were my meetings and round-tables on preservation of the Arctic and Antarctic, possibilities for elimination of consequences of the accident at the Fukushima nuclear power plant and other critical environmental issues.
