Not that I had to do with personnel issues, but, so to speak, some aspects of the analysis of global development are not alien to me, but rather quite the opposite and the funny thing is that according to many respected people, I certainly understand this better than many. In General, at the invitation of the organizers of the HR forum, I gave a lecture on Civilizational shifts and how they affect the formation of labor collectives, recruitment and task setting.
I was, of course, ready for this, but it is still sad that middle-level personnel, for the most part, firmly sit in the formats of template consciousness and exist only in the mode of "from setting the task to the report." No one thinks to look around or look a little further. And what I was not ready for was that the tops are really real strategists and see a little further than the horizon. That's nice. It is pleasant that it is important and necessary for them and that they think about development of the company.
