"This is your personal radioactive uranium Comforter. This is your own uranium mine, in which the abyss of health, only in miniature", so says the abstract to the pillow with uranium ore Gra-Maze, which was produced by the company C. A. Mazzurcelli in La Salle, Illinois, in 1935. It also pointed out that in addition to feeling good, the pillow treats arthritis, back pain, arms, legs and joints. The pillow was removed from production in 1944, and how many pieces were then made and sold – no one knows.

But in the 1950s, after publications about the discovery of uranium mines in Montana, the production of this miracle resumed. In publications was about how perfectly feel those who is gathering there ore and sleeping on it. Yes, it was written in Life. And the pillow was released again.
